Sales & Discounts:

Sales, discounts, coupons and coupon codes are offered/redeemable when advertised/available and do not include taxes and shipping charges. One use per coupon, per customer; Coupon or coupon code must be provided/surrendered at time of purchase. Sales offers advertised and coupons/discounts are good wherever Dark Idols products are sold, and online at darkidols.com and darkidols.etsy.com, when valid and within' the offers' determined applicable dates. Coupons may not be redeemed as cash or merchandise credit if merchandise is returned. No cash value. Dark Idols may refuse, or limit the use of, any coupon and/or return for any reason, including reoccurring disruptive behavior. Reproductions will not be accepted. Enter online code when prompted at checkout or email info@hansenmediacraft.com and mention the coupon or discount code.

Returns & Exchanges:

We at Dark Idols truly hope you're happy with your product, and we strive to work with our customers to ensure satisfaction. However, if you find you're not satisfied with your order, give us a shout and we'll do our best to fix it! To initiate a return or exchange, simply use the Contact form or email info@hansenmediacraft.com and a member of our team will respond within 24-48 hours.

• With a receipt:

Items purchased are eligible for refund of the original purchase price within' 30 days of the original purchase date, and include any original taxes and shipping charges. All items returned will be done with the original method of payment. Items purchased are eligible to exchange for item(s) with the price equivalent to the original purchase price within' 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Without a receipt:

Items purchased are eligible for exchange or refund at the item’s lowest selling price within the last 45 days, issued in the form of merchandise credit, and are not applicable to any potential taxes or shipping charges.

Dark Idols reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a valid receipt. Return and exchange policies are subject to change at the discretion of Dark Idols. Additional conditions may apply.

We at Dark Idols actively seek ways to build our brand and construct meaningful business relationships with our customers, our fans, and with our peers in the art community. We want to be cordial and transparent in our efforts, and this includes occasionally featuring sponsored or affiliate linked content in our website, blogs, and on social media.

• If there is an item we use in our marketing or in the creation of our art that we genuinely think other artists and small business merchants would benefit from, we want to share that with you. We don’t believe in hoarding our creative process, and we believe in building each other up. We’re happy to share affiliate or sponsored links to other products or services we love, and we hope you love them too.
