Shipping Rates & Information

It's our goal to provide you with a variety of options determined by the speed in which you would like to receive your order.

• Delivery times for orders made after 5:30pm MDT/MST will be calculated on the next business day.

• Packages are shipped within’ 24 hours of purchase, by 5:30pm MDT/MST, Monday through Friday.

• We currently do not offer shipping on weekends or on United States federal holidays.

• Once shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your package.

• Most orders are shipped with USPS®, but may be shipped with UPS® if USPS® options are not available at the time the package is shipped.

USPS® Standard (7-10 Business Days) :

Orders placed with our Standard shipping option are shipped at a flat rate of $6.50 USD per order plus $0.25 per item, and delivered within' 7-10 business days. Customers must select this option in checkout in order to receive the lowest cost shipping option.

USPS® Priority (3-4 Business Days) :

Orders placed with our Priority shipping option are shipped for a flat rate of $14.50 USD per order plus $0.25 per item, and delivered within' 3-4 business days.

USPS® Express (1-2 Business Days) :

Orders placed with our Priority shipping option are shipped for a flat rate of $24.50 USD per order plus $0.75 per item, and shipped overnight to your destination, assuring their delivery within' 1-2 business days.

USPS® International Delivery:

We ship internationally, however the exact time in which is takes your package to arrive will depend entirely on the country it's being delivered to. All packages entering and exiting international destinations are subject to customs inspections, and therefore may take longer than expected, however we estimate that packages will be received within' 28 business days. International orders are shipped with USPS® at the best speed available when the package is shipped. Orders placed with our Priority shipping option are shipped for a flat rate of $28.50 USD per order plus $0.75 per item. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to fulfill and ship orders to India or Mexico at this time.

Shipping F.A.Q.:

"Do your shipping options include production time?"

At the moment, our shipping options do not include production time. While many of our items are ready to be shipped, some of our items are made to order and may require 2-3 days of production time before your order ships. If you're in a hurry and concerned your package won't be delivered by a certain date, please use the Contact Us form, or email us at info@hansenmediacraft.com and we'll see what we can do.

"Are your shipping times guaranteed?"

When you proceed to checkout with your order, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. Once chosen, we will do our best to make sure it gets to you on time. Unfortunately, bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time or you’re not satisfied, drop us a note by using the Contact Us form, or send us an email at info@hansenmediacraft.com and we'll make it right.

"Will you ship to P.O. boxes?"

Yes! That isn't a problem.

"Will I get a tracking number? Where can I find it?"

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date, and a tracking number so that you may check the progress of your package.

"My receipt/correspondence says “Hansen Media & Craft L.L.C.” What is that?"
